Animation The Blind Angel
#1
Hello! I am an Animation student working on a final major project. I've chosen to do an origin story of sorts, and need voices as soon as possible.

THE CAST

Narrator: The most important character. Gender/accent isn't important, will be saying a majority of the lines.

Audition lines
"Long ago, there lived a race of angels. Minimalist beings whose home was shrouded within the dust of their fallen."
"There was one who saw what humanity was capable of."

Masked Angel 1: One of the five angelic judges for an execution scene, just one line. Again, gender/accent isn't important. Character is quite cold in personality and tone.

Audition line
"For your crimes against humanity..."

Masked Angel 2: One of the five angelic judges for an execution scene, just one line. Gender and accent is not important. This character's tone of voice is quite scholarly, as if their very presence radiates wisdom.

Audition line
"...the death of countless angels..."

Masked Angel 3: One of the five angelic judges for an execution scene, just one line. Again, quite flexible with this character's gender and accent. Character is not so confident, reflected by their tone of voice.

Audition line
"...and the attempted assassination of our Lord..."

Masked Angel 4: One of the five angelic judges for an execution scene, just one line. Any gender and accent is welcome for the role. This character is the impatient type, voice shows that they would rather be anywhere but here.

Audition line
"…you are to be executed and scattered into the infinite void."

Masked Angel 5: One of the five angelic judges for an execution scene, just one line. Once again, I'm not too picky with what the gender and accent is. This character sounds tired and old, has been a judge for who knows how long.

Audition line

"Do you have anything to say for yourself?"

The Blind Angel: The antagonist and main character of this animation. Surprisingly, this character has one line. Male, accent is flexible. Voice is quite cruel and low.

Audition lines
"Prepare to meet the angels that fell before you."
*evil chuckle*

THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Audition lines must be sent to cphorrorfan1@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll take it from there!
Deadline for auditions is 18th May (or before that if all roles are filled).

I wouldbe very grateful for your help. Thank you for your time.

Sounds like a great project!
I may be interested, but do you have any screenshots or previous work that you can show, to let us VAs know if we'd like to join?

best of luck!

This is literally the first 2d animation I'll be making, especially with voice acting. However, feel free to watch my previous assignment (a motion comic): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw2tsDWmwJY

If you are still accepting auditions, I might give this a try.
